据不完全统计全球有70多家公司在开发“自动驾驶载人飞行器”,比如:英特尔与德国航空公司研发的Volocopter、空客(airbus)研发的CityAirbus、Uber开发的Uberair、Ehang自主研发的Ehang184/216等等,还有更多的公司正在研发其“载人飞行器”,如:日本电器公司(NEC)空中汽车,美国Lift Aircraft研发的Hexa,沃尔沃旗下飞行汽车创业公司Terrafugia开发的Transition,诺丁汉航空公司VRCO的飞行汽车叫做NeoxCraft ……
