12月5日，无人飞机生产商亿航向美国股票交易联合会（SEC）升级了招股说明书，升级后的招股说明书显示信息，亿航预估发售320万股英国存托证劵（ADS），每一ADS发售价钱区段将在12.5美金至14.5美金。因而，亿航方案最大募出资额约4640万美金。

最新消息的招股说明书显示信息，截止12月5日，亿航已交货38架可载人飞行器，用以检测、学习培训和演试，未交货订单信息48架。
亿航在招股说明书中还称，截止2019年9月底，企业已创建起一支由125人构成的研发部门，占其职工数量的一半左右。企业在我国已得到138项专利权，涉及到航空操纵和指挥者自动控制系统等关键技术。
2018年全年度，亿航在大城市空中交通（包含货物运输和货运物流）、新型智慧城市管理方法和上空新闻媒体解决方法三项业务流程中各自获得营业额310万余元、3050万余元和3130万余元RMB，各自占总营业额的4.7%、45.8%和47.0%。
企业称，将积极推进可载人飞行器商品全世界落地式。
