2月19日据报导，日本航空（JAL）与住友商事株式此前公布，将与美国直升机生产商贝尔直升机德事隆企业在“飞行汽车”的产品研发层面开展协作，相互推动对上空移动服务的科学研究。其总体目标是于2020时代中后期去日本和亚洲地区造就一项全新升级业务流程，将贝尔直升机已经开发设计的新一代飞机场应用到货物运输、货运物流等行业。
小熊企业已经开发设计一款有着复数飞机螺旋桨，可以垂直起降的中小型电动飞机。该型号选用了无人飞机和纯电动车的技术性。3家企业要进行此项全新升级的移动服务也有众多难题尚需处理，如根据市场调研来确定是不是有相对的客户满意度、基础设施建设的基本建设、安全防范措施及其避免噪声这些。
JAL根据其航空公司业务流程的累积，可以出示航空公司运作专业知识和智能管理系统，而住友商事可以运用其全世界互联网，在开发技术性和调节航空实验地区等层面充分发挥。
