飞行汽车厂家几家欢喜几家愁

在飞行汽车百花齐放的同时,令人忧虑的事情也在慢慢浮出水面。2019年10月,奥迪法兰克福分公司全面暂停了POP.UP空中出租车的研发工作。根据相关报道,奥迪正在为城市空中交通活动制定新的发展方向,目前尚未就潜在产品做出明确规划。而就在2018年11月,POP.UP小比例原型机刚刚在荷兰首都阿姆斯特丹试飞成功,奥迪原本计划于2019年底对原型机展开测试。如今,这一测试也被无限期搁浅。

对于奥迪来讲,目前最大的问题在于生产飞行汽车将耗费大量的人力物力,而想要达到量产目标,还需要更长时间。由于项目挑战过多,奥迪不得不暂缓飞行汽车的推进计划。奥迪的这一行为无疑为发展火热的飞行汽车市场降了温。

除此以外,飞行汽车主要面临的还是基础设施与技术方面的两大障碍。从基础设施来看,飞行汽车的起飞、着陆和服务区域尚未到位,行驶过程中在什么地方充电、加油,如果发生意外情况如何紧急着陆等等问题均尚未解决。可以说在目前的飞行汽车市场中,基础设施的建设仍然是一片空白,建立基础设施并得到监管机构的许可及助力才是当务之急。

从技术层面来看,在飞行汽车真正落地之前,车辆的推进与环境感知系统、探测与防碰撞系统都将成为阻碍飞行汽车落地的难题。要解决上述技术障碍,需要开发者制定跨越制造、运营和认证的集成框架。由于飞行汽车旋翼的成本开发极高,加上高昂的燃油消耗,利用电力驱动飞行汽车成为发展趋势。要集合电力推进技术,同时与地面自动驾驶技术相结合,是目前阶段飞行汽车主要的发展方向。

此外,飞行汽车要真正实现大面积的普及,一套全新、完整的空中交通管制系统至关重要。这套系统需要做到跨越空域对车辆进行分配及管制,并对自动驾驶航空系统进行适航认证。当技术成熟、基础设施健全、空中交通管制系统完善,飞行汽车的时代才会真正开始。

在飞行汽车大行其道的当下,奥迪的离开可以说是扔下来一颗惊雷。冷静过后,我们应该对自动驾驶飞行汽车进行重新审视。对于飞行汽车,我们不能一味追捧,但也没必要“谈虎色变”。作为灵活性更高的交通工具,飞行汽车确实能够以更快的速度运送乘客,提高通勤及出行效率,但要实现量产并真正上路,还需各方的共同努力。飞行汽车带来的不仅仅是商业机会与挑战,对未来城市出行也提供了一种新的思路。或许在不久的将来,我们就能够乘坐一辆飞行汽车,轻松去到任何想去的地方。

At the same time as the flying cars bloom, worrying things are slowly emerging. In October 2019, the Audi Frankfurt branch completely suspended the development of the POP.UP air taxi. According to relevant reports, Audi is developing a new development direction for urban air traffic activities, and has not yet made clear plans for potential products. In November 2018, the POP.UP small-scale prototype was just successfully tested in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Audi originally planned to test the prototype at the end of 2019. Today, this test has also been stranded indefinitely.

For Audi, the biggest problem at present is that it will take a lot of manpower and resources to produce a flying car, and it will take a longer time to reach the mass production target. Due to too many project challenges, Audi had to suspend the flight car's promotion plan. Audi's behavior has undoubtedly cooled the development of the fiery flying car market.

In addition, the main obstacles faced by flying vehicles are infrastructure and technology. From the perspective of infrastructure, the take-off, landing and service areas of the flying car are not yet in place, where to charge and refuel during the driving process, and how to make an emergency landing in the event of an accident has not been resolved. It can be said that in the current flying car market, the construction of infrastructure is still a blank. It is imperative to establish infrastructure and obtain the permission and assistance of the regulatory authorities.

From a technical point of view, before the actual landing of the flying car, the vehicle's propulsion and environment sensing system, detection and anti-collision system will become a problem that hinders the landing of the flying car. To address these technical barriers, developers need to develop an integrated framework that spans manufacturing, operations, and certification. Due to the high cost development of flying car rotors and the high fuel consumption, the use of electric power to drive flying cars has become a trend. It is the main development direction of the current stage of flying vehicles to integrate electric propulsion technology and combine with ground automatic driving technology.

In addition, a truly new air traffic control system is essential for a truly large-scale popularity of a flying car. The system needs to distribute and control vehicles across airspace and airworthiness certification for autonomous aviation systems. When the technology is mature, the infrastructure is sound, and the air traffic control system is perfect, the era of flying cars will really begin.

At the moment when the flying car is popular, Audi's departure can be said to be throwing a thunder. After calming down, we should re-examine the self-driving flying car. For flying cars, we can't just pursue them, but there is no need to "talk about tigers." As a more flexible means of transportation, flying cars can indeed transport passengers faster, improve commuting and travel efficiency, but in order to achieve mass production and really on the road, all parties must work together. Flying cars bring not only business opportunities and challenges, but also a new way of thinking about future city travel. Perhaps in the near future, we will be able to take a flying car and easily go wherever we want to go.
