飞行汽车的研究早在四十年代就已经开始

飛天一直是人们从古至今的理想,古时候修真有嫦娥奔月历史典故,而西方国家则有伊卡洛斯用羽翼逃出克里特岛的小故事。小车问世于1887年,飞机场问世于1906年,授予人们跑得迅速,飞得更高的工作能力。但终究人们自始至终是有要求,通常高新科技的自主创新就是说将两件早已完善的技术性物质开展重新排列问世新的物品,飞行汽车一直是大家所属要求。

但最少同是四十年代末的发布的Taylor Aerocar能在天上飞更长的時间,而且能够在三千米高宽比航空,尽管飞出速度乃至不上两百公里,可能再慢点就该立即失速往下掉了,这速率尚不如一些撒化肥的双翼飞机。但也是一些很便捷的自主创新的地方,例如像可可折叠的翅膀,能够拖在车后一切正常行车,拆装也很便捷。

莫尔顿·泰勒决策再次将飞行汽车产品研发下来,这类勤奋不断来到六十年代,主打产品商品又发展趋势了几代,包含到最终外观设计较为圆滑的型号规格,但到最终只有变成历史博物馆的展览品了。
