怎样有效解决飞行汽车的空中交通问题?

不论新旧的空中交通系统,离随心所欲飞翔都差得很远。如果你有一辆飞行汽车,每次出行却都要花好长时间向空管员申请航线,岂不是件很麻烦的事情?更何况,如果飞在半路上突然改变主意不去北五环吃饭,改去西面逛公园,也没有办法改变航线。难道就不能对低空、近距离的飞行实施更灵活的管理方式么?

“自由飞行”(Free Flight)的理念,就是要彻底取消空管员。飞行器怎么飞,飞行员自己说了算。这一个概念是国际民用航空组织的未来空中导航系统小组于1991年提出的。自由而安全的飞行,必须要有电脑网络将导航和通信系统结为一个整体,向飞行员呈现可能安全飞行的方向以及最佳线路。这一个改进就像长途电话,由过去的人工拨号转接,改进到现代的自动程控交换机。这是一个根本性的革命。

空中交通系统是一个复杂系统。和所有的复杂系统一样,自主调节的效率总是比集中调节要高。让飞行员根据各自的需求选择最快的线路,就像自由市场中看不见的手,最终也就让整个系统最高效地运转。自由飞行的空中交通管理系统只需要告诉飞行员,哪一些线路是禁止的,哪一些线路可能是最好的。在允许的飞行线路中,飞行员可以自行选择,选择的自由度取决于空中交通是否繁忙。在最空旷的原野上,甚至可以不用仪器的指导完全依靠目视自由飞翔。在最繁忙的空域里,交管系统也会发布一些宏观调整的指令。当然,自由飞行系统还处于构想阶段,它的实现还需要很长时日:除了飞行器上需要统一装备的通讯终端系统,还需要有强大计算能力的计算机和先进的程序算法,来让多个飞行器避让碰撞,免得再发生两架飞机向同一个方向避让的惨剧。这并不是简单的事,要知道就连两个人在小巷子里相遇,也会发生向同一个方向闪避三四次的情况。这样的飞行方式一旦实现,人们就不需要为了班机上的1个小时而在城市街道上堵车2小时,可以直接从家里的阳台起飞,或者在空中实现最快的市内交通。

随着科技发展,美国正在研究空中交通规则这个可能性是有的,吉利太力Transition飞行汽车2019年上市交付,售价:28万美元(约190万人民币)。荷兰PAL-V Liberty飞行汽车预计2019年交付售价:39.9万/59.9万美元(约270万/400万人民币)。

The air traffic system is a complex system. As with all complex systems, the efficiency of autonomous regulation is always higher than the concentration adjustment. The free-flight air traffic management system only needs to tell the pilot which lines are forbidden and which lines may be the best. In the allowed flight routes, the pilots can choose their own, and the degree of freedom of choice depends on whether the air traffic is busy. In the most empty wilderness, you can even rely on visual guidance to fly freely without the guidance of the instrument. In the busiest airspace, the traffic control system will also issue some macro adjustment instructions. Of course, the free-flight system is still in the concept stage, and its implementation will take a long time: in addition to the communication terminal system that needs uniform equipment on the aircraft, it also needs a computer with powerful computing power and advanced program algorithms to make multiple aircraft. Avoid collisions, so as to avoid the tragedy of two planes escaping in the same direction. This is not a simple matter. It is necessary to know that even if two people meet in an alley, there will be a situation of dodging three or four times in the same direction. Once this flight method is realized, people do not need to block traffic for 2 hours on the city street for one hour on the flight. They can take off directly from the balcony at home or achieve the fastest city traffic in the air.

With the development of science and technology, the United States is studying the possibility of air traffic rules. The Geely Taili Transition flight car was launched in 2019 and sold for 280,000 US dollars (about 1.9 million yuan). The Dutch PAL-V Liberty flight is expected to be delivered in 2019: 399,000/99,000 US dollars (about 2.7 million / 4 million yuan).
